Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by going to My Account. From here you can Log into your account by entering your username and password. In your account, you can access your Order History.

The Order History screen shows you every order you have placed with Amajordifference.com and each order's status. Please note that this screen does not contain real-time shipping status; this information can be delayed by approximately one business day, so an item showing as open may have actually shipped.

Is the item that I want to purchase currently in stock?

If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image and price will display "out of stock" or "discontinued" and the Add To Cart button will not be displayed. If an item is back ordered, above the price text you will see a message that states the back ordered status and the date the product is expected to be back in stock. All other items should be considered in stock.

If I place an order, how quickly will it arrive?

Orders placed by 3 pm Mountain Time will typically ship out the same day via UPS. To view a time-in-transit map for ground shipments, please click here. Canadian orders typically take 6-8 business days to arrive. For other international shipments, please contact us for a price and time quote.

How do I return an item?
